If you are reporting a cover for any of the following reasons:
1. size is off
Send a moderator a link to the cover with a description of the problem you are reporting.
2. is of poor quality
Send a moderator a link to the cover with a description of the problem you are reporting.
3. it is yours and you want credit for it
Send a moderator a link to your covers (all of them) and ask that ownership be changed to your name.
4. it is in the wrong section
Send a moderator a link to the cover and let them know where you think it should be
5. anything else...
Provide details and a link to the cover.
